After a rather tough play, Carrizal FC's Jairo Peter got a free kick in the 17th minute. 20 minutes into the match, Carrizal FC's goal looked a bit too open when Eusebio Reno came free, but Eustaquio Galeno reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Carrizal FC's Eustaquio Galeno played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eusebio Reno in the 28th minute of play. In the 30thth minute of the game Higinio Otoniel who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Independiente Rivadavia's Gustavo Liher was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Benicio Erroman came up free with the goalie in the 32nd minute, the Carrizal FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Benicio Erroman couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Carrizal FC's Victoriano Polentzi got a free kick in the 34th minute. 38 minutes into the match, Independiente Rivadavia's Ignacio Otsoa sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Eustaquio Galeno narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Independiente Rivadavia's Gustavo Liher proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 45th minute of the match, managed to save Independiente Rivadavia from getting a goal against them. After having played for 46 minutes, Ignacio Otsoa managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Independiente Rivadavia's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ignacio Otsoa was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Albino Dominix in the 48th minute of play forced Carrizal FC's goalkeeper Eustaquio Galeno to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Higinio Otoniel stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Ignacio Otsoa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 51st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 57 minutes into the match, Independiente Rivadavia's Jacobo Blasco sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Eustaquio Galeno narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Ignacio Otsoa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Carrizal FC's Luisito Platon got a free kick in the 60th minute. If Ignacio Otsoa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eusebio Reno took the ball and in the 66 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Eustaquio Galeno. Eustaquio Galeno dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. In the 71st minute, Albino Dominix got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ignacio Otsoa in the 72nd minute of play forced Carrizal FC's goalkeeper Eustaquio Galeno to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ignacio Otsoa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Eustaquio Galeno tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Eustaquio Galeno was out of position in the 82 minute of play, and Ignacio Otsoa capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Ignacio Otsoa really showed his touch with that goal: 0-3. Gustavo Liher took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Higinio Otoniel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ignacio Otsoa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Eustaquio Galeno tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Independiente Rivadavia booed when Carrizal FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Benicio Erroman didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 96th minute, Ignacio Otsoa managed to get in a good position for a shot. Independiente Rivadavia's supporters rose to their feet, but Ignacio Otsoa was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eustaquio Galeno breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the final whistle sounded Independiente Rivadavia left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Carrizal FC.
