The referee showed Vicente Marz the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Rodio FC booed when Reizer FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vicente Marz didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 5th minute Everardo Quilino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ismael Beliran saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Camilo Tomi in the 7th minute of play forced Reizer FC's goalkeeper Ismael Beliran to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ismael Beliran took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Everardo Quilino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rafael Leizarraga received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Ismael Beliran tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Joaquin Pitin made a fantastic save in the 26th minute, when Cipriano Berenguer sent off a good shot on target. In the 29th minute the ball was on its way in behind Reizer FC's goalkeeper Ismael Beliran, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 31 minutes into the game, Honorio Maurin was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Reizer FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Rodio FC the free kick. After 31 played minutes Reizer FC got a freekick which was hit by Honorio Maurin. Alfredo Argoitz was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 32nd played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. After having played for 34 minutes, Camilo Tomi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rodio FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Camilo Tomi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Everardo Quilino scored 0-1 in the 40th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ismael Beliran, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

51 minutes into the match, Jose Seber had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Joaquin Pitin. Rodio FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jose Seber was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. Everardo Quilino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ismael Beliran having to interfere. Ismael Beliran made a fantastic save in the 63rd minute, when Everardo Quilino sent off a good shot on target. Ismael Beliran didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 65th minute, which inside left pole to 1-3. Orlando Balasi kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. Rodio FC's Alfredo Argoitz shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 71st minute of play. The shot was stopped by Ismael Beliran but with some difficulty. Leonardo Jurgi kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. When Everardo Quilino came up free with the goalie in the 79th minute, the Rodio FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Everardo Quilino couldn't finish the play. Everardo Quilino took the ball and in the 81 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ismael Beliran. Ismael Beliran dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-4. Ismael Beliran showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Camilo Tomi, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. Ismael Beliran was a little too slow when Everardo Quilino got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 88th minute. The score was now 1-5. Benigno Aguilera hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. When the match was over Rodio FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Reizer FC throughout the match.
