The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Carmelo Silvino was the one to do the kick off. 53 minutes into the match, Club Atlético Ángeles's goalkeeper Nicasio Maidana had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rolando Hechter. If Rolando Hechter had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Rolando Hechter came up free with the goalie in the 56th minute, the Club Atlético Talar fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rolando Hechter couldn't finish the play. Rolando Hechter sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Leonardo Hitzeder came up free with the goalie in the 59th minute, the Club Atlético Talar fans jumped to their feet. Delmar Urko showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Justo Quinteros, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. A collision led to Club Atlético Ángeles getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Juan Baristo hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Club Atlético Ángeles's zone, Carmelo Silvino stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nicasio Maidana came out of the goal and Carmelo Silvino tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Club Atlético Talar's Delmar Urko played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aquilino Maties in the 82nd minute of play. Delmar Urko showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Juan Baristo in the 84th minute of the match. In the 88th minute Igor Rexino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Delmar Urko saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Paulino Favila hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. Rolando Hechter sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Club Atlético Ángeles were victorious despite being under pressure from Club Atlético Talar for much of the match.
