Rustico F.C's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bruno Tabor was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Bruno Tabor struck a weak shot in the 8th minute. Lázaro Maju didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Villa Urquiza FC. After 11 played minutes, Rustico F.C's Arsenio Goren shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Nereo Tolino came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Rustico F.C reached it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Virgilio Gonzo in the 13th minute of play forced Villa Urquiza FC's goalkeeper Nereo Tolino to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Geronimo Roderigo's late challenge caught a Rustico F.C's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Geronimo Roderigo helped the player get up and apologised. After 14 played minutes Villa Urquiza FC got a freekick which was hit by Geronimo Roderigo. Bruno Tabor could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 21st minute of the match, but Lázaro Maju made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Valentin Guillelme in the 27th minute of play forced Villa Urquiza FC's goalkeeper Nereo Tolino to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Geronimo Roderigo was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 28 minutes had been played. The supporters of Rustico F.C booed when Villa Urquiza FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Geronimo Roderigo didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Rustico F.C getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Nicanor Federigo hit a great ball. The long shot by Damaso Blasi in the 33rd minute really tested Lázaro Maju's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. After a rather tough play, Rustico F.C's Feliberto Oier got a free kick in the 33rd minute. If Virgilio Gonzo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Virgilio Gonzo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Nereo Tolino tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

After a rather tough play, Rustico F.C's Arsenio Goren got a free kick in the 56th minute. Damaso Blasi was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 57th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Camilo Gonsalvo hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. In the 61st minute, Arsenio Goren sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Villa Urquiza FC's Nereo Tolino didn't even have to move. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Zeledon Calvino during the 65th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 65th minute, Zeledon Calvino hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bruno Tabor recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 69th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Camilo Gonsalvo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lázaro Maju having to interfere. 76 minutes into the match, Rustico F.C's Valentin Guillelme sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Nereo Tolino narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 78th minute the ball was on its way in behind Villa Urquiza FC's goalkeeper Nereo Tolino, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Valentin Guillelme in the 85th minute of play forced Villa Urquiza FC's goalkeeper Nereo Tolino to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Valentin Guillelme fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nereo Tolino having to interfere. Valentin Guillelme's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Nereo Tolino read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 92nd minute of play. In the 94th minute of the match Rustico F.C got a corner. Villa Urquiza FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Arsenio Goren ran over to the corner to take the kick. After 96 minutes, Valentin Guillelme mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Rustico F.C and the Villa Urquiza FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Villa Urquiza FC had won after a very even match.
