Spectators: 7090 (Terracing: 5325, Seating: 1623, VIP seats: 142) LIMON FC's Arturo Iago started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Anastasio Eufemio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 2nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Szymon Trzenzalski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edelmiro Galoer in the 10th minute of play. Edelmiro Galoer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Szymon Trzenzalski acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 27th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Vinicio Victoro. Ciro Loren came free with the goalkeeper in the 28th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Szymon Trzenzalski could save by the left post. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Edelmiro Galoer in the 34th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Szymon Trzenzalski saved LIMON FC from getting behind. In the 36th minute the ball was on its way in behind Bandera AFC's goalkeeper Aquilino Cai, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 42 played minutes Bandera AFC got a freekick which was hit by Justo Uzuri. After 47th play minutes Ciro Loren shot 1-0, a short shot which went by Szymon Trzenzalski and just under the crossbar into goal. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Edelmiro Galoer made a kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Edelmiro Galoer in the 53rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Szymon Trzenzalski prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Fulgencio Frantzes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. LIMON FC's Szymon Trzenzalski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ciro Loren in the 70th minute of play. Szymon Trzenzalski came out of the goal in the 81st minute to try and stop a shot by Bandera AFC's Edelmiro Galoer. But to his dismay, Edelmiro Galoer quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. In the 86th minute, Delmiro Victoro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Delmiro Victoro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Fulgencio Frantzes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. LIMON FC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
