The supporters of Astilleros FC booed when Canallas RC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arsenio Hechter didn't get a good kick on the ball. Canallas RC's Robustiano Guillen proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 62nd minute of the match, managed to save Canallas RC from getting a goal against them. If Augusto Txaran had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 69th minute, Generoso Urtun managed to get in a good position for a shot. The Canallas RC players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
