Mojón FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Santos Chano was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Javier Inautzi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 25 minutes into the match, Mojón FC's goal looked a bit too open when Baltasar Cordarrel came free, but Amado Cordeiro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Anier Iruinea's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Javier Inautzi was relentless in the 31st minute of the game. Javier Inautzi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anier Iruinea in the 32nd minute of the match. When German Leoiar came up free with the goalie in the 35th minute, the Yapeyú AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that German Leoiar couldn't finish the play. The audience thought a goal was coming when German Leoiar got free with Amado Cordeiro in the 40th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Santos Chano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Baltasar Cordarrel to strike the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, Mojón FC's Santos Chano sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Javier Inautzi narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Yapeyú AFC's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Anier Iruinea 55 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-1. Anier Iruinea received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Javier Inautzi came out and tried to block the shot, but Anier Iruinea slotted it home off the left post making it 0-2 in the 58th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 64th minute, Santos Chano managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mojón FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Santos Chano was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Javier Inautzi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. German Leoiar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Anier Iruinea fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Javier Inautzi having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Santos Chano in the 73rd minute of play forced Yapeyú AFC's goalkeeper Javier Inautzi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Yapeyú AFC's Javier Inautzi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Uriel Quirce in the 76th minute of play. Lisandro Paio charged in rather forcefully in the 77th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. After 94 minutes of play, Mojón FC's Santos Chano made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Javier Inautzi was left in no man's land by his defense there! When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Mojón FC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
