To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Fan Peng Zhen in the 19th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Astor Loiola saved dream team from getting behind. In the 20th minute, Orlando Bras got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Fan Peng Zhen scored 1-0 in the 22nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Astor Loiola, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Fan Peng Zhen in the 29th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Astor Loiola prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 33rd minute, dream team's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Orlando Bras fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. A collision led to dream team getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Hilario Mateus hit a great ball. Astor Loiola was a little too slow when Fan Peng Zhen got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 36th minute. The score was now 2-0. Luciano Goyo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Romeo Etxekopar in the 44th minute of play. If Fan Peng Zhen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Fan Peng Zhen to strike the kick off in the second half. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Orlando Bras couldn't finish the play. Luciano Goyo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lucio Rocio, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. Astor Loiola showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aureliano Argenis in the 63rd minute of the match. Orlando Bras scored 4-1 in the 64th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Astor Loiola, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Orlando Bras in the 68th minute of play forced dream team's goalkeeper Astor Loiola to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 73rd minute, Orlando Bras got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Astor Loiola took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Orlando Bras, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Buenos Aires Bagdad's supporters crossed their fingers, but Orlando Bras was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 89 minutes into the game, Buenos Aires Bagdad's Orlando Bras nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Astor Loiola made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-1. Aureliano Argenis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Astor Loiola tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 95th minute, Aureliano Argenis managed to get in a good position for a shot. Buenos Aires Bagdad's supporters rose to their feet, but Aureliano Argenis was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Astor Loiola breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 96 minutes into the game, Orlando Bras cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-1. Astor Loiola was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Buenos Aires Bagdad fully deserved thier win.
