With his leg Marciano Austin managed to avoid a goal in the 7thth minute, when Sarah AFC's Hipolito Peruanton fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 8 minutes into the game, Teodosio Weterio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. La Lavandería de Bernal's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sarah AFC the free kick. In the 8th minute, Teodosio Weterio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gabriel Loren received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Marciano Austin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Hipolito Peruanton took the ball and in the 18 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Marciano Austin. Marciano Austin dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. In the 22ndth minute of the game Hipolito Peruanton who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but La Lavandería de Bernal's Marciano Austin was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Nicolas Pere sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Hipolito Peruanton could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 30th minute of the match, but Marciano Austin made a huge save. Gabriel Loren sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gabriel Loren fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marciano Austin having to interfere. Isidro Txomin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 44th minute, Octavio Efraim hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 46th minute, Virgilio Tello left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The La Lavandería de Bernal fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Hipolito Peruanton to strike the kick off in the second half. After 54 minutes, Hipolito Peruanton made it 3-1 with a short kick to the right side. La Lavandería de Bernal's Marciano Austin tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Marciano Austin came out of the goal in the 61st minute to try and stop a shot by Sarah AFC's Horacio Elizardo. But to his dismay, Horacio Elizardo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. In the 65th match minute, La Lavandería de Bernal was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zeledon Orland to maneuver through the defense. Horacio Elizardo struck a weak shot in the 66th minute. Marciano Austin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sarah AFC. Gabriel Loren recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in La Lavandería de Bernal's zone, Hipolito Peruanton stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marciano Austin came out of the goal and Hipolito Peruanton tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Teodosio Weterio hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. La Lavandería de Bernal's Marciano Austin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gabriel Loren in the 72nd minute of play. Marciano Austin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hipolito Peruanton, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sarah AFC were furious when Igor Gartzea was red carded, 93 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In a very dangerous position, a player in Sarah AFC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 92nd minute. Penalty! The referee gave La Lavandería de Bernal a penalty, 95 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Ignacio Eyague, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Sarah AFC's Teofilo Millrick. 4-2. Narciso Balesio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 99th minute of the match, but Teofilo Millrick made a huge save.
