The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 5th minute of the match Ubaldo Lain shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Rafael Cortez showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 7 minutes into the match, Club Milano's goal looked a bit too open when Rogelio Giro came free, but Rafael Cortez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 8th minute, Igor Veremundo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 14 played minutes Doblas got a freekick which was hit by Epifanio Louis. Patricio Donostia made a fantastic save in the 19th minute, when Igor Veremundo sent off a good shot on target. When the match clock showed 26 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Rogelio Giro sped through Club Milano's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Rafael Cortez. The crowd rose to their feet as Club Milano's Rodolfo Fernanco slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Patricio Donostia. That made the score 1-1 after 30 minutes of play. Nereo Martxot could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 35th minute of the match, but Patricio Donostia made a huge save. Rogelio Giro took the ball and in the 37 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rafael Cortez. Rafael Cortez dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. Rafael Cortez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rogelio Giro in the 41st minute of play. Urbano Ebardo kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. Doblas's Ernesto Aznaro pulled a muscle in his leg after 47 minutes and couldn't finish the game. 47 minutes into the game, Nereo Martxot was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Club Milano's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Doblas the free kick. After 48 played minutes Club Milano got a freekick which was hit by Nereo Martxot. Doblas's Rogelio Giro got a good chance for a goal in the 50th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After the first half Doblas were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Rodolfo Fernanco to make the kick off. Rafael Cortez made an important save on a dangerous shot by Genaro Inautzi in the 56th minute. After 59 minutes, Rogelio Giro made it 1-3 with a short kick to the right side. Club Milano's Rafael Cortez tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. A hard shot 64 in the game by Genaro Inautzi from a close distance when the talented Rafael Cortez managed to make a qualified save. Club Milano's players were relieved. Rafael Cortez made an important save on a dangerous shot by Genaro Inautzi in the 66th minute. Rogelio Giro had several of the Club Milano's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 67 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-4 score and a disappointed Rafael Cortez as he didn't even see the shot coming. Rogelio Giro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 80 minutes into the match, Club Milano's goalkeeper Rafael Cortez had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Genaro Inautzi. Isidoro Aguirre charged in rather forcefully in the 80th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Isidoro Aguirre the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Isidoro Aguirre kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. The long shot by Ubaldo Lain in the 90th minute really tested Rafael Cortez's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. 91 minutes into the game, Rodolfo Fernanco cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-4. Patricio Donostia was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Lucio Illart charged in rather forcefully in the 96th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Lucio Illart the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 97th match minute, Doblas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lucio Illart to maneuver through the defense. 99 minutes into the game, Rogelio Giro recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Rafael Cortez. Rogelio Giro showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-5. The Club Milano fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Doblas were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
