Maximino Weather took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fulgencio Machado, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lisandro Herensuge showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Astor Quinton in the 43rd minute of the match.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Fulgencio Machado stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Cleto Hermon could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 52nd minute of the match, but Maximino Weather made a huge save. After 56 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Atlético Locortes! Atlético Locortes:s Lisandro Herensuge showed great skill when he stopped Arsenio Suero:s penalty. Fulgencio Machado kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. 78 minutes into the match, Atlético Locortes's goal looked a bit too open when Esteban Baristo came free, but Lisandro Herensuge reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Atlético Locortes's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Monigotes AFC had played much better football throughout.
