The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Andres Abalos during the 3rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Madryn getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Andres Abalos hit a great ball. In the 7thth minute of the game Rogelio Giro who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Madryn's Patricio Batista was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Patricio Batista made a fantastic save in the 8th minute, when Genaro Inautzi sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, Madryn's Victor Udalaitz got a free kick in the 15th minute. 21 minutes into the match, Genaro Inautzi had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Patricio Batista. Madryn's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Genaro Inautzi was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. Victor Udalaitz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Patricio Donostia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ambrosio Dolfos took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 28th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Patricio Donostia. Doblas's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 32nd minute, Rogelio Giro reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Patricio Batista. The goal made the score 4-0. Genaro Inautzi came free with the goalkeeper in the 37th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Patricio Batista could save by the left post. If Victor Udalaitz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Victor Udalaitz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Patricio Donostia having to interfere. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-0 at half-time.
After 53 minutes, Genaro Inautzi made it 5-0 with a short kick to the right side. Madryn's Patricio Batista tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rogelio Giro in the 58th minute of play forced Madryn's goalkeeper Patricio Batista to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fidel Eliu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Patricio Batista tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Patricio Batista stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rogelio Giro's shot from short distance in the 66th minute. After 68 played minutes, Doblas's Ubaldo Lain shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Patricio Batista came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Doblas reached it. In the 69th minute of the match Ubaldo Lain sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Patricio Batista skillfully saved the ball. In the 70thth minute of the game Rogelio Giro who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Madryn's Patricio Batista was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 73 minutes into the game, Doblas's Genaro Inautzi nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Patricio Batista made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 7-0. After having played for 77 minutes, Genaro Inautzi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Doblas's supporters crossed their fingers, but Genaro Inautzi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 79th minute of the match Ubaldo Lain sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Patricio Batista skillfully saved the ball. After a rather tough play, Doblas's Izo Karoglan got a free kick in the 81st minute. If Genaro Inautzi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute.
