Spectators: 7339 (Terracing: 5506, Seating: 1688, VIP seats: 145) Prudencio Policarpio made the kick off and thus started the match. Adrian Dzherov came out of the goal in the 3rd minute to try and stop a shot by Doblas's Rogelio Giro. But to his dismay, Rogelio Giro quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 8th minute Andres Saturnin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Patricio Donostia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Royal Never Give Up booed when Doblas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ernesto Aznaro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Royal Never Give Up's Prudencio Policarpio got a good chance for a goal in the 12th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Izo Karoglan's late challenge caught a Royal Never Give Up's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Izo Karoglan helped the player get up and apologised. In the 13th minute, Izo Karoglan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Doblas's zone, Andres Saturnin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Patricio Donostia came out of the goal and Andres Saturnin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Patricio Donostia made a fantastic save in the 17th minute, when Andres Saturnin sent off a good shot on target. The crowd rose to their feet as Andres Saturnin kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Patricio Donostia. That made the score 1-1 in the 17 minute of play. Royal Never Give Up's Adrian Dzherov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Genaro Inautzi in the 20th minute of play. Ubaldo Lain took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 23rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Adrian Dzherov. Royal Never Give Up's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Andres Saturnin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Doblas's defense didn't have a chance, in the 29th minute, when Prudencio Policarpio scored to the left of an out of position Patricio Donostia, making the score, 2-1. Adrian Dzherov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rogelio Giro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Patricio Donostia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Prudencio Policarpio in the 37th minute of play. 2-2 became the score in the 38th minute when Rogelio Giro elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. 41 minutes into the match, Rogelio Giro notched a goal, 2-3, to the right of Royal Never Give Up's Adrian Dzherov. Adrian Dzherov was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 2-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Ernesto Aznaro hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. Adrian Dzherov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rogelio Giro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Adrian Dzherov stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rogelio Giro's shot from short distance in the 56th minute. After 60 minutes Doblas's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Osvaldo Oalo who took care of the corner kick. Royal Never Give Up's Osvaldo Oalo was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Patricio Donostia in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Andres Saturnin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Patricio Donostia having to interfere. Rogelio Giro received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Adrian Dzherov came out and tried to block the shot, but Rogelio Giro slotted it home off the left post making it 2-4 in the 63rd minute. The long shot by Ubaldo Lain in the 67th minute really tested Adrian Dzherov's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Genaro Inautzis short, quick shot in the 75thth minute got Adrian Dzherov to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. With an all-out effort, Doblas's Adrian Dzherov threw himself towards the right post 77 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Rogelio Giro, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Prudencio Policarpio in the 79th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Patricio Donostia saved Doblas from getting behind. Andres Henric hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. After 85 played minutes, Doblas's Ubaldo Lain shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Adrian Dzherov came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Doblas reached it. Genaro Inautzi scored 2-5 in the 87th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Adrian Dzherov, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Adrian Dzherov didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 91st minute, which inside left pole to 2-6. Patricio Donostia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andres Saturnin in the 95th minute of play. Doblas's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
