David Oriol fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rafael Cortez having to interfere. In the 21st minute, David Oriol got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 22nd minute, Humberto Koldo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rafael Cortez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Godfredo Maidana, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Everyone was convinced a goal was close when Dúrham FC's Teobaldo Semeno in the 33rd minute lifted the ball towards the upper right corner, but Rafael Cortez was perfectly placed and prevented a goal for Club Milano through an amazing save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Igor Veremundo in the 34th minute of play forced Dúrham FC's goalkeeper Cleto Txaran to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 39 minutes into the match, Dúrham FC's Teobaldo Semeno sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Rafael Cortez narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Dúrham FC's Maximo Isusko got a free kick in the 41st minute. In the 42nd minute of the match Humberto Koldo sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Cleto Txaran skillfully saved the ball. Dúrham FC's Cleto Txaran played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rodolfo Fernanco in the 43rd minute of play. If Rodolfo Fernanco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rafael Cortez made an important save on a dangerous shot by David Oriol in the 47th minute. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Teobaldo Semeno to strike the kick off in the second half. Rafael Cortez didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from David Oriol went, in the 51st minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Igor Veremundo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Cleto Txaran having to make a save. 56 minutes into the game, Rodolfo Fernanco recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Cleto Txaran. Rodolfo Fernanco showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. Rafael Cortez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Teobaldo Semeno in the 63rd minute of play. A collision led to Club Milano getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Albano Jacob hit a great ball. Cleto Txaran showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nereo Martxot, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. In the 68th match minute, Dúrham FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Julio Otsando to maneuver through the defense. In the 72nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Dúrham FC's goalkeeper Cleto Txaran, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Rodolfo Fernanco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nereo Martxot kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. 88 minutes into the match, Dúrham FC's David Oriol sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Rafael Cortez narrowly saved just below the crossbar. David Oriol sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 97th minute, Jeronimo Natal got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
