The referee ignored C.A .Boca juniors's protests and gave Cornelio Theobald a yellow card for diving instead. Dionisio Oliverios walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. Guido Loiola received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Candido Jatsu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for C.A .Boca juniors. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
