After 23 played minutes River United FC got a freekick which was hit by Damian Unai. When Jose Azeari came up free with the goalie in the 27th minute, the River United FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jose Azeari couldn't finish the play. The supporters of River United FC booed when Condor was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Paulino Lopes didn't get a good kick on the ball. Eustaquio Figueroa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ariel Ipar having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 35th minute, Eustaquio Figueroa managed to get in a good position for a shot.
