After some fancy dribbling in the 6th minute, Ovidio Serafo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Garabato's supporters rose to their feet, but Ovidio Serafo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Edgard Aguirre breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Adan Tximitx fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edgard Aguirre having to interfere. Ramiro Montel didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ladislao Hats went, in the 21st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. After a rather tough play, San Martín de Wilde's Ladislao Hats got a free kick in the 24th minute. The supporters of Garabato booed when San Martín de Wilde was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Armando Abarca didn't get a good kick on the ball. Adan Tximitx sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Siro Maldonado fell near the penalty area in the 31st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored San Martín de Wilde's protests and gave Siro Maldonado a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, San Martín de Wilde's Siro Maldonado got a free kick in the 31st minute. Adan Tximitx fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edgard Aguirre having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ovidio Serafo in the 44th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Edgard Aguirre prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 45 played minutes San Martín de Wilde got a freekick which was hit by Hipolito Montrelle. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Armando Abarca stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Edgard Aguirre stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ovidio Serafo's shot from short distance in the 61st minute. Edgard Aguirre showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adan Tximitx, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. Edgard Aguirre came out of the goal in the 64th minute to try and stop a shot by Garabato's Ovidio Serafo. But to his dismay, Ovidio Serafo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Edgard Aguirre didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ovidio Serafo went, in the 73rd minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. San Martín de Wilde's Edgard Aguirre played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adan Tximitx in the 83rd minute of play. Ovidio Serafo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Edgard Aguirre tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Adan Tximitx succeeded in the game's 86th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 4-1. Ramiro Montel was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 90th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Siro Maldonado. Armando Abarca's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ramiro Montel read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 92nd minute of play. Simon Lizardi charged in rather forcefully in the 93rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Simon Lizardi the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Simon Lizardi kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. After recieving a nice pass, San Martín de Wilde's Everardo Artal tried to score from far away in the 94th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ovidio Serafo in the 97th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Edgard Aguirre prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Garabato walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
