Froilan Canor showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arnaldo Birjaio in the 12th minute of the match. In the 14th minute, Marciano Harriet got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 18th minute, Aurelio Argider got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Evelio Venceslao struck a weak shot in the 19th minute. Froilan Canor didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Larrea. Marciano Harriet fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Froilan Canor having to interfere. Xema Team's Froilan Canor played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arnaldo Birjaio in the 36th minute of play. In the 38th minute, Aurelio Argider ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Froilan Canor was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Froilan Canor made an important save on a dangerous shot by Arnaldo Birjaio in the 43rd minute. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Arnaldo Birjaio made a kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Xema Team's zone, Arsenio Fernendo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Froilan Canor came out of the goal and Arsenio Fernendo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Arsenio Fernendo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Froilan Canor having to make a save. When Arnaldo Birjaio came up free with the goalie in the 55th minute, the Larrea fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Arnaldo Birjaio couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in Xema Team's zone, Mateo Jakue stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Froilan Canor came out of the goal and Mateo Jakue tried to chip the ball over his head. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Larrea fully deserved thier win.
