Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. With a little luck, Basail FC's Gonzalo Naelio got control of the ball when Danilo Munio tried to sneak it across the goal line. Gonzalo Naelio made an important save on a dangerous shot by Danilo Munio in the 17th minute. In the 18th minute, Basail FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Gaston Nuxila fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Gonzalo Naelio didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Danilo Munio went, in the 33rd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Melchor Ticho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gunnar Pedersson having to interfere. Basail FC's Teodoro Tiadoro suffered a sore knee after 38 minutes and couldn't finish the game. After 38 minutes, Tomas Artaldo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Simor and the Basail FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Tomas Artaldo kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. In the 45thth minute of the game Gaston Nuxila who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Basail FC's Gonzalo Naelio was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gaston Nuxila made a kick off. Gaston Nuxila recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 54th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 57thth minute of the game Danilo Munio who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Basail FC's Gonzalo Naelio was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Danilo Munio blasted a shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gonzalo Naelio having to make a save. Gaston Nuxila sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
