Cristo Goyo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adan Tximitx in the 18th minute of play forced trinidad's goalkeeper Cristo Goyo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ovidio Serafo took the ball and in the 26 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cristo Goyo. Cristo Goyo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. If Adan Tximitx had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in trinidad's zone, Adan Tximitx stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cristo Goyo came out of the goal and Adan Tximitx tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Cristo Goyo was out of position in the 35 minute of play, and Adan Tximitx capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Adan Tximitx really showed his touch with that goal: 4-0. After having played for 48 minutes, Adan Tximitx managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Garabato's supporters crossed their fingers, but Adan Tximitx was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jairo Piorno to make the kick off. Eustacio Rafe kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ovidio Serafo in the 55th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cristo Goyo saved trinidad from getting behind. When the match clock showed 57 minutes, the score became 5-0 when Ovidio Serafo sped through trinidad's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Cristo Goyo. Adan Tximitx sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Adan Tximitx had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 90 minutes of play, Garabato's Adan Tximitx made it 7-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Cristo Goyo was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 94th minute Adan Tximitx shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cristo Goyo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
