The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Balacco FC's Jose Mano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Higinio Aires in the 3rd minute of play. Denis Primo hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. Honorio Ruisko made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bruno Santiago in the 9th minute of play. Bruno Santiago received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Honorio Ruisko tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Honorio Ruisko took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Serafino Alfonso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Honorio Ruisko showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Serafino Alfonso in the 17th minute of the match. A collision led to PECANES ARGENTINOS FC getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Marcos Eleazar hit a great ball. Balacco FC's Eduardo Hibai got a good chance for a goal in the 19th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Denis Primo kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. Bruno Santiago recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 22nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Honorio Ruisko showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Serafino Alfonso in the 25th minute of the match. Romulo Ongile fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jose Mano having to interfere. Jose Mano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Higinio Aires in the 33rd minute of play. After 37th play minutes Bruno Santiago shot 0-1, a short shot which went by Honorio Ruisko and just under the crossbar into goal. Benito Osoitz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Balacco FC's Bruno Santiago in the 45th minute got a chance for a shot 45th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye PECANES ARGENTINOS FC's goalie prevented a goal. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Serafino Alfonso stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Bruno Santiago struck a weak shot in the 52nd minute. Honorio Ruisko didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Balacco FC. Jose Mano came out of the goal in the 55th minute to try and stop a shot by PECANES ARGENTINOS FC's Higinio Aires. But to his dismay, Higinio Aires quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. If Serafino Alfonso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Serafino Alfonso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. PECANES ARGENTINOS FC's Honorio Ruisko played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Serafino Alfonso in the 64th minute of play. Lucio Frasquito hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. Benedicto Santos recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Balacco FC's Jose Mano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Romulo Ongile in the 72nd minute of play. In the 79th minute, Serafino Alfonso fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Honorio Ruisko, passed just outside the right post. Higinio Aires sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. PECANES ARGENTINOS FC's Romulo Ongile got a good chance for a goal in the 86th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Leandro Fiz charged in rather forcefully in the 91st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Leandro Fiz the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Leandro Fiz hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. Jose Mano stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Romulo Ongile's shot from short distance in the 96th minute. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
