Spectators: 7134 (Terracing: 5384, Seating: 1650, VIP seats: 100) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Armando Abarca started the match with the kick off. In the 5th minute the ball was on its way in behind San Martín de Wilde's goalkeeper Edgard Aguirre, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Armando Abarca had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 16th minute, Armando Abarca got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Armando Abarca in the 21st minute of play forced Club Deportivo Moron's goalkeeper Leon Gabirel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 22 minutes into the match, San Martín de Wilde's goal looked a bit too open when Gilberto Ellande came free, but Edgard Aguirre reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Club Deportivo Moron's Leon Gabirel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Armando Abarca in the 32nd minute of play. Ladislao Hats received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Leon Gabirel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ladislao Hats received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Leon Gabirel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Rolando Henrico was the one to do the kick off. The audience was convinced that Rolando Henrico's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Edgard Aguirre was relentless in the 52nd minute of the game. Edgard Aguirre didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 53rd minute, which inside left pole to 0-1. Gilberto Ellande recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Leon Gabirel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ladislao Hats in the 80th minute of play. 89 minutes into the match, Gilberto Ellande notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of San Martín de Wilde's Edgard Aguirre. Edgard Aguirre was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 93rd minute, Ladislao Hats ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Leon Gabirel was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. Edgard Aguirre made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rolando Henrico in the 97th minute of play. Chants of Club Deportivo Moron echoed around the stadium as the match drew to a close. Supporters and players were both delighted with the win, as San Martín de Wilde had held the ball for most of the match.
