Spectators: 7177 (Terracing: 5385, Seating: 1650, VIP seats: 142) Rodrigo Lore made the kick off and thus started the match. If Pedro Tavio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Urbano Ferdinand fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jesus Fernandes having to interfere. Everardo Joseph hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. After 26 played minutes River Plate got a freekick which was hit by Domingo Eli. In the 28th minute Aureliano Castel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jesus Fernandes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ruperto Criston received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Erasmo Iliana tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Ruperto Criston had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rodrigo Lore recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 43 minutes into the match, Club Atletico Belgrano's goalkeeper Jesus Fernandes had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Aureliano Castel. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Pedro Tavio to make the kick off. Joaquin Jerold took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 53rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Jesus Fernandes. Club Atletico Belgrano's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Erasmo Iliana made a fantastic save in the 57th minute, when Everardo Joseph sent off a good shot on target. 57 minutes into the game, Everardo Joseph recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Erasmo Iliana. Everardo Joseph showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-1. After 65 played minutes Club Atletico Belgrano got a freekick which was hit by Filiberto Oihan. Jesus Fernandes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pedro Tavio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Pedro Tavio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jesus Fernandes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aureliano Castel, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. Erasmo Iliana showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rodrigo Lore in the 74th minute of the match. A collision led to River Plate getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Gabriel Roldanillo hit a great ball. Raul Fraco kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. 91 minutes into the match, River Plate's goalkeeper Erasmo Iliana had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ruperto Criston.
