Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Santos Maura took the kick off in the first half of the match. 2 minutes into the game, Marciano Ibañez was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ninjas in Pyjamas's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Salado AFC the free kick. Marciano Ibañez hit a great freekick 2 minutes into the match. After 5 played minutes Salado AFC got a freekick which was hit by Modesto Cayo. After recieving a nice pass, Ninjas in Pyjamas's Ildefonso Karlo tried to score from far away in the 6th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. If Ulises Bernabel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After a rather tough play, Salado AFC's Placido Vela got a free kick in the 20th minute. In the 22nd minute Marciano Ibañez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Silvano Monte saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Salado AFC's Silvano Monte played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Santos Maura in the 27th minute of play. Marciano Ibañez took the ball and in the 30 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Silvano Monte. Silvano Monte dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Placido Vela kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. 48 minutes into the game, Salado AFC's Ulises Bernabel nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Tadeo Laurentzi made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Teofilo Inge to make the kick off. Marciano Ibañezs short, quick shot in the 55thth minute got Silvano Monte to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Santos Maura sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Siro Eneko hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. Ulises Bernabel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tadeo Laurentzi having to interfere. Silvano Monte showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Santos Maura, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. Teofilo Inge sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some careless play in the Salado AFC defense, Marciano Ibañez kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Silvano Monte. The Salado AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Silvano Monte should have stopped the shot. 80 minutes into the match, Ninjas in Pyjamas's goal looked a bit too open when Teofilo Inge came free, but Tadeo Laurentzi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 82nd minute of the game. One of Ninjas in Pyjamas:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Salado AFC:s goal. The referee gave Salado AFC a penalty, 83 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Siro Eneko, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Ninjas in Pyjamas's Tadeo Laurentzi. 2-2. Marciano Ibañez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Ninjas in Pyjamas walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
