An unexpected shot in the 39th minute by Froilan Ralondo got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. After a rather tough play, Sportivo Apolo's Damian Elodio got a free kick in the 40th minute. After some careless play in the Sportivo Apolo defense, Aquilino Elodio kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Eleuterio Etxeberri. The Sportivo Apolo fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Eleuterio Etxeberri should have stopped the shot. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The wind increased when Aquilino Elodio made the kick off in the second half. Aquilino Elodio kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. Sportivo Apolo's Eleuterio Etxeberri proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 62nd minute of the match, managed to save Sportivo Apolo from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, Sportivo Apolo's Nicasio Jayvier got a free kick in the 63rd minute. Dale Masa were awarded a corner in the 67th minute after Sportivo Apolo's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Leopoldo Sidoro took the corner. Rigoberto Bras kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. In the 74th minute Dale Masa were awarded a corner. Leopoldo Sidoro went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led Dale Masa's Leopoldo Sidoro to fire away a dangerous shot which Eleuterio Etxeberri despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Enrique Guillerme made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Froilan Ralondo in the 83rd minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Sportivo Apolo's zone, Cornelio Leobardo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eleuterio Etxeberri came out of the goal and Cornelio Leobardo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Aquilino Elodio struck a weak shot in the 87th minute. Eleuterio Etxeberri didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Dale Masa. In the 89th match minute, Dale Masa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leopoldo Sidoro to maneuver through the defense. When Froilan Ralondo came up free with the goalie in the 90th minute, the Sportivo Apolo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Froilan Ralondo couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Froilan Ralondo in the 93rd minute of play forced Dale Masa's goalkeeper Enrique Guillerme to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 94 minutes into the match, Sportivo Apolo's goal looked a bit too open when Aquilino Elodio came free, but Eleuterio Etxeberri reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
