An unexpectedly hard shot by Aquilino Elodio in the 18th minute of play forced Ninjas in Pyjamas's goalkeeper Tadeo Laurentzi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Enrique Guillerme breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Santos Maura in the 43rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Enrique Guillerme prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Tadeo Laurentzi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cornelio Leobardo in the 46th minute.

The crowd rose to their feet as Marciano Ibañez kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Enrique Guillerme. That made the score 0-3 in the 92 minute of play. Santos Maura received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 98th minute. Enrique Guillerme tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
