Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Teofilo Inge kicked off to start the match. 5 minutes into the match, C.A. Lamarque's goalkeeper Bernardo Silbestre had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ulises Bernabel. A collision led to Salado AFC getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Placido Vela hit a great ball. In the 10th minute of the match Celestino Ferrer shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Bernardo Silbestre showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, Salado AFC's Modesto Cayo got a free kick in the 17th minute. Salado AFC's Silvano Monte played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Godfredo Chap in the 20th minute of play. Godfredo Chap sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. C.A. Lamarque's Bernardo Silbestre proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 31st minute of the match, managed to save C.A. Lamarque from getting a goal against them. If Teofilo Inge had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Silvano Monte showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Godfredo Chap in the 39th minute of the match. Teofilo Inge fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bernardo Silbestre having to interfere. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Godfredo Chap to make the kick off. In the 52nd match minute, C.A. Lamarque was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edgardo Acevedo to maneuver through the defense. Jacobo Aurre could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 55th minute of the match, but Silvano Monte made a huge save. Jacobo Aurre blasted a shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Silvano Monte having to make a save. Silvano Monte took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Godfredo Chap, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Godfredo Chap struck a weak shot in the 64th minute. Silvano Monte didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for C.A. Lamarque. When C.A. Lamarque's Godfredo Chap in the 71st minute got a chance for a shot 71st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Salado AFC's goalie prevented a goal. In the 72nd minute Godfredo Chap shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Silvano Monte saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to C.A. Lamarque getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Moises Santos hit a great ball. Teofilo Inge struck a weak shot in the 80th minute. Bernardo Silbestre didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Salado AFC. Ulises Bernabel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Bernardo Silbestre tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Moises Santos had several of the Salado AFC's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 88 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-1 score and a disappointed Silvano Monte as he didn't even see the shot coming. In the 94th minute, Ulises Bernabel got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Godfredo Chap had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
