Gaspar Urritz hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. Osvaldo Gasteiz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in il Rossonero's zone, Osvaldo Gasteiz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Severiano Criston came out of the goal and Osvaldo Gasteiz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Marciano Tonete recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 21st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Severiano Criston showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aquiles Mon in the 24th minute of the match. In the 26th minute, Aquiles Mon left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Club Atlético SantaPaula fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. When Marciano Tonete came up free with the goalie in the 33rd minute, the il Rossonero fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marciano Tonete couldn't finish the play. Javier Eneto kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. In the 44th minute, Osvaldo Gasteiz ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Severiano Criston was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2.

After 72 played minutes Club Atlético SantaPaula got a freekick which was hit by Esteban Servando. il Rossonero's Marciano Tonete got a good chance for a goal in the 76th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Marciano Tonete might have been able to make a better finish in the 77th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Celestino Llanos. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Marciano Tonete ran back to his position shaking his head. Marciano Tonete received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. After 84 played minutes Club Atlético SantaPaula got a freekick which was hit by Cornelio Abaurre. Marciano Tonete fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Celestino Llanos having to interfere. In the 90th minute, Marciano Tonete made a precise shot to the right of Celestino Llanos. Club Atlético SantaPaula's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2.
