Tadeo Laurentzi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for il Rossonero. 21 minutes into the match, Erasmo Cordeiro notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Ninjas in Pyjamas's Tadeo Laurentzi. Tadeo Laurentzi was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Severiano Criston showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Santos Maura in the 25th minute of the match. Danilo Indartsu hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. 26 minutes into the match, Ninjas in Pyjamas's Ildefonso Karlo broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Eustacio Remigio kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. A collision led to il Rossonero getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Eustacio Remigio hit a great ball. Ninjas in Pyjamas's Marciano Ibañez got a good chance for a goal in the 45th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Patricio Leobardo during the 46th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The wind increased when Erasmo Cordeiro made the kick off in the second half. Marciano Tonete could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 55th minute of the match, but Tadeo Laurentzi made a huge save. If Marciano Ibañez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ninjas in Pyjamas's Santos Maura got a good chance for a goal in the 62nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Severiano Criston made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marciano Ibañez in the 66th minute of play. In the 75th match minute, Ninjas in Pyjamas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Elias Crescencio to maneuver through the defense. il Rossonero's Danilo Indartsu couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 76th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Ninjas in Pyjamas. After having played for 80 minutes, Marciano Ibañez managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ninjas in Pyjamas's supporters crossed their fingers, but Marciano Ibañez was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Severiano Criston showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marciano Ibañez, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. Santos Maura's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Severiano Criston read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 88th minute of play. After 90 minutes il Rossonero's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Ildefonso Karlo who took care of the corner kick. Ninjas in Pyjamas's Ildefonso Karlo was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Severiano Criston in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Santos Maura received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Severiano Criston tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 98th minute, Danilo Indartsu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 100 minutes, Santos Maura made it 2-1 with a short kick to the right side. il Rossonero's Severiano Criston tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Ninjas in Pyjamas had won after a very even match.
