Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Tiburcio Lluciano started the match with the kick off. The supporters of Portezuelo booed when El Aking FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Constantino Oskarbi didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, El Aking FC's Everardo Viviano got control of the ball when Ermegildo Tiniebra tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ermegildo Tiniebra received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Everardo Viviano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Everardo Viviano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tiburcio Lluciano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ermegildo Tiniebra received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Everardo Viviano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Everardo Viviano stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tiburcio Lluciano's shot from short distance in the 16th minute. In the 22nd minute Arsenio Garci shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Melquiades Hermon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ermegildo Tiniebra received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Everardo Viviano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ermegildo Tiniebra fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Everardo Viviano having to interfere. 37 minutes into the match, Portezuelo's goal looked a bit too open when Abelardo Distiratsu came free, but Melquiades Hermon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 39 minutes, Tiburcio Lluciano managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Portezuelo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tiburcio Lluciano was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Abelardo Distiratsu made a kick off. El Aking FC's Everardo Viviano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leonardo Asur in the 52nd minute of play. In the 53rd minute Tiburcio Lluciano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Everardo Viviano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Leonardo Asur came up free with the goalie in the 60th minute, the Portezuelo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Leonardo Asur couldn't finish the play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tiburcio Lluciano in the 62nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Everardo Viviano prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The supporters of Portezuelo booed when El Aking FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Norberto Guillelme didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tiburcio Lluciano might have been able to make a better finish in the 73rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Everardo Viviano. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Tiburcio Lluciano ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 78th minute Ermegildo Tiniebra shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Everardo Viviano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 81st minute, Norberto Guillelme hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 87 minutes into the match, El Aking FC's goal looked a bit too open when Tiburcio Lluciano came free, but Everardo Viviano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Leonardo Asur fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Everardo Viviano having to interfere. In the 92nd minute the ball was on its way in behind El Aking FC's goalkeeper Everardo Viviano, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Ermegildo Tiniebra had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tiburcio Lluciano in the 95th minute of play forced El Aking FC's goalkeeper Everardo Viviano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Portezuelo walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
