Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Higinio Jakobe made the kick off which started today's match. If Vinicio Brion had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Higinio Jakobe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 11 minutes into the match, Tala's Martin Urbes sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Lázaro Ugaitz narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Octavio Ipar got in the 26th a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Lázaro Ugaitz handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. Vinicio Brion received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Ceferino Librado tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 39th minute Higinio Jakobe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lázaro Ugaitz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Reconquista's Lázaro Ugaitz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roque Ponce in the 40th minute of play. Martin Urbes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Edelmiro Alfonso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Vinicio Brion was the one to do the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Reconquista's zone, Martin Urbes stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lázaro Ugaitz came out of the goal and Martin Urbes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Reconquista's Edelmiro Alfonso got a free kick in the 61st minute. Lázaro Ugaitz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Higinio Jakobe in the 63rd minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Reconquista's zone, Martin Urbes stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lázaro Ugaitz came out of the goal and Martin Urbes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Martin Urbes's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Lázaro Ugaitz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 71st minute of play. Lázaro Ugaitz didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 72nd minute, which inside left pole to 1-1. In the 74th minute, Martin Urbes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Lázaro Ugaitz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Higinio Jakobe, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Vinicio Brion charged in rather forcefully in the 86th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Vinicio Brion the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 91st minute Higinio Jakobe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lázaro Ugaitz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match had gone on for 94 minutes, Martin Urbes took a quick shot and it went in 1-3 without a chance for Lázaro Ugaitz to make any attempt to save it. When the final whistle sounded Tala left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Reconquista.
