Janta's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Benigno Bernard received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Cesar Panpili tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Faustino Nikola came up free with the goalie in the 7th minute, the C.A. GABY fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Faustino Nikola couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Janta's Santiago Solustiano got a free kick in the 12th minute. C.A. GABY's Alejandro Jayvier couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 12th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Janta. 16 minutes into the match, C.A. GABY's goal looked a bit too open when Gustavo Eneko came free, but Marciano Gilen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in C.A. GABY's zone, Pablo Leizarraga stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marciano Gilen came out of the goal and Pablo Leizarraga tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 0-2 became the score in the 22nd minute when Pablo Leizarraga elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. After a rather tough play, C.A. GABY's Leonel Harriet got a free kick in the 26th minute. 28 minutes into the game, Bernardino Nalo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Janta's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave C.A. GABY the free kick. In the 28th minute, Bernardino Nalo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Benigno Bernard had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 32 minutes into the match, Janta's goal looked a bit too open when Benigno Bernard came free, but Cesar Panpili reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Janta getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Santiago Solustiano hit a great ball. Faustino Nikola could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 36th minute of the match, but Cesar Panpili made a huge save. 44 minutes into the match, Janta's Pablo Leizarraga sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Marciano Gilen narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Celedonio Garin charged in rather forcefully in the 47th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Celedonio Garin the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 47th minute, Celedonio Garin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Janta getting a freekick after 49 minutes play. Edgard Mundo hit a great ball. Benigno Bernard received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 50th minute. Cesar Panpili tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The C.A. GABY players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Janta were winning 0-2.

The wind increased when Benigno Bernard made the kick off in the second half. Cesar Panpili showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Benigno Bernard in the 59th minute of the match. Cesar Panpili showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abelardo Abaunza, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. 69 minutes into the game, Faustino Nikola cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Cesar Panpili was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a rather tough play, C.A. GABY's Celedonio Garin got a free kick in the 72nd minute. Cesar Panpili took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Benigno Bernard, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cesar Panpili showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Faustino Nikola, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. Pablo Leizarraga fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marciano Gilen having to interfere. If Faustino Nikola had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 94 played minutes, C.A. GABY's Remigio Locaio shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Cesar Panpili came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in C.A. GABY reached it. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Janta had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
