The corner led to Tabaquillo's Ildefonso Clis getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Ildefonso Clis charged in rather forcefully in the 12th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ildefonso Clis the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Silvano Santiago received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Arnulfo Celino tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Arnulfo Celino took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Silvano Santiago, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 30 played minutes Real Madrid CF got a freekick which was hit by Jimeno Amor. If Leonel Licerio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Arnulfo Celino took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leonel Licerio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Real Madrid CF's Arnulfo Celino played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leonel Licerio in the 39th minute of play. Jimeno Amor's late challenge caught a Tabaquillo's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jimeno Amor helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Tabaquillo booed when Real Madrid CF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jimeno Amor didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 48th minute, Gustavo Napier managed to get in a good position for a shot. Real Madrid CF's supporters rose to their feet, but Gustavo Napier was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Albano Dominic breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Leonel Licerio stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, Real Madrid CF's Arnulfo Celino got control of the ball when Silvano Santiago tried to sneak it across the goal line. Silvano Santiagos short, quick shot in the 64thth minute got Arnulfo Celino to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Eriberto Paul kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. In the 68th match minute, Tabaquillo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ildefonso Clis to maneuver through the defense. Leonel Licerio was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 76th minute. Tabaquillo's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 77th minute, Silvano Santiago managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tabaquillo's supporters rose to their feet, but Silvano Santiago was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Silvano Santiago in the 89thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Arnulfo Celino, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Arnulfo Celino stood somewhat misplaced when Silvano Santiago came free in front of goal and shot 0-1 to the left of him in the 95 minute. When the final whistle sounded Tabaquillo left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Real Madrid CF.
