A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Herminio Elequemedo during the 17th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Mira que Equipo booed when Douglas Haig was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Herminio Elequemedo didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Desiderio Sabino in the 20th minute of play forced Douglas Haig's goalkeeper Simon Berdoi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Mira que Equipo getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Simon Faron hit a great ball. Simon Berdoi came out of the goal in the 29th minute to try and stop a shot by Mira que Equipo's Desiderio Sabino. But to his dismay, Desiderio Sabino quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Uriel Maureo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dolcet Vizcarra in the 36th minute of the match. Uriel Maureo made a fantastic save in the 45th minute, when Paolo Jaume sent off a good shot on target. After 48 minutes, Cesar Lano mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Mira que Equipo and the Douglas Haig players grew even worse after the yellow card. Cesar Lano kicked well hit freekick during the 48th minute of the match. Paolo Jaumes short, quick shot in the 50thth minute got Uriel Maureo to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Desiderio Sabino to make the kick off. Roberto Eusko charged in rather forcefully in the 55th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Roberto Eusko the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Dolcet Vizcarra's shot from long distance was a real pearl which went to the right and just passed Uriel Maureo - 2-1 was put on the score board in the 56th minute. In the 59th minute, Emiliano Rios left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Douglas Haig fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. Natalio Calvino hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. When the match had gone on for 75 minutes, Paolo Jaume put it in 4-1 from a short distance just to the right of Uriel Maureo. Uriel Maureo came out of the goal in the 79th minute to try and stop a shot by Douglas Haig's Paolo Jaume. But to his dismay, Paolo Jaume quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-1. Paolo Jaume scored 6-1 in the 83rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Uriel Maureo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. A collision led to Mira que Equipo getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Honorio Castel hit a great ball. Elvio Geofredo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Uriel Maureo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Emiliano Rios received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Douglas Haig fully deserved thier win.
