Spectators: 7263 (Terracing: 5449, Seating: 1670, VIP seats: 144) Instituto ACC's Matias Jobo started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Eulalio Gaspard struck a weak shot in the 5th minute. Javier Aguilera didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Guayquiraró FC. Gaspar Herensuge came out of the goal in the 10th minute to try and stop a shot by Instituto ACC's Faustino Roldan. But to his dismay, Faustino Roldan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. When Eulalio Gaspard fell near the penalty area in the 15th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Guayquiraró FC's protests and gave Eulalio Gaspard a yellow card for diving instead. When the match clock showed 17 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Matias Jobo sped through Guayquiraró FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Gaspar Herensuge. Javier Aguilera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Julian Enaut, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Faustino Roldan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 24th minute, Isaias Cisco managed to get in a good position for a shot. Instituto ACC's supporters rose to their feet, but Isaias Cisco was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gaspar Herensuge breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a defensive mix-up in Guayquiraró FC's zone, Faustino Roldan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gaspar Herensuge came out of the goal and Faustino Roldan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gaspar Herensuge showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Matias Jobo in the 32nd minute of the match. 33 minutes into the game, Godfredo Ilazki cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Gaspar Herensuge was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Godfredo Ilazki charged in rather forcefully in the 41st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Godfredo Ilazki the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 43 minutes into the match, Guayquiraró FC's Astor Lucero sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Javier Aguilera narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 46 minutes into the match, Instituto ACC's goalkeeper Javier Aguilera had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Eulalio Gaspard. If Matias Jobo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Disappointed in the 0-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Julian Enaut stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Faustino Roldan received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Gaspar Herensuge came out and tried to block the shot, but Faustino Roldan slotted it home off the left post making it 0-5 in the 55th minute. Instituto ACC's Javier Aguilera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Paolo Frascuelo in the 63rd minute of play. If Julian Enaut had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Isaias Cisco succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-7 in the 74th playminute. Isaias Cisco took the ball and in the 80 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gaspar Herensuge. Gaspar Herensuge dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-8. Javier Aguilera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eulalio Gaspard in the 83rd minute of play. Eulalio Gaspard got his second yellow card in the match during the 86th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. The supporters of Instituto ACC booed when Guayquiraró FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eulalio Gaspard didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpected shot in the 91st minute by Faustino Roldan got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. The Guayquiraró FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Instituto ACC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
