Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. In the 3rdth minute of the game Matias Jobo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Bº Alto Verde's Diego Lucian was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Saul Xabat might have been able to make a better finish in the 19th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Javier Aguilera. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Saul Xabat ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 20th match minute, Instituto ACC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eriberto Maore to maneuver through the defense. In the 22nd minute, Juan Gitano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Javier Aguilera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sergio Tavio, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. Faustino Roldan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With an all-out effort, Instituto ACC's Diego Lucian threw himself towards the right post 46 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Matias Jobo, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Matias Jobo made a kick off. Bº Alto Verde's Diego Lucian played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Faustino Roldan in the 54th minute of play. After 57 played minutes Bº Alto Verde got a freekick which was hit by Sergio Tavio. Isaias Cisco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Diego Lucian tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Fernando Pabla had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. If Isaias Cisco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Javier Aguilera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Saul Xabat in the 76th minute of the match. If Fernando Pabla had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 81st minute the ball was on its way in behind Bº Alto Verde's goalkeeper Diego Lucian, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Diego Lucian took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Faustino Roldan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Matias Jobo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Diego Lucian tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 97 minutes of play, Instituto ACC's Matias Jobo made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Diego Lucian was left in no man's land by his defense there!
