Ubaldo Txurio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gaspar Herensuge having to interfere. In the 6th minute Gervasio Cheche shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gaspar Herensuge saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gaspar Herensuge made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ubaldo Txurio in the 8th minute of play. Ubaldo Txurio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match had gone on for 11 minutes, Paolo Frascuelo took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Pedro Richie to make any attempt to save it. Rosario Central's Pedro Richie proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 14th minute of the match, managed to save Rosario Central from getting a goal against them. 16 minutes into the match, Guayquiraró FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ubaldo Txurio came free, but Gaspar Herensuge reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ubaldo Txurio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 28th minute, Teo Urki made a precise shot to the right of Gaspar Herensuge. Guayquiraró FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. Ubaldo Txurio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Gaspar Herensuge tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Julian Enaut made a kick off. After 51 played minutes Rosario Central got a freekick which was hit by Maximino Caradaro. In the 54th minute Julian Enaut shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedro Richie saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gaspar Herensuge stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ubaldo Txurio's shot from short distance in the 56th minute. Teo Urki sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After 65 minutes, Candido Sandalio mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Guayquiraró FC and the Rosario Central players grew even worse after the yellow card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 64th minute of the game. One of Guayquiraró FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Rosario Central:s goal. When the match had been going on for 67 minutes, Rosario Central's Ubaldo Txurio got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Gaspar Herensuge. Pedro Richie showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Julian Enaut, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. Gervasio Cheche recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 75th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Teo Urki sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 80th minute, Ubaldo Txurio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Guayquiraró FC's zone, Ubaldo Txurio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gaspar Herensuge came out of the goal and Ubaldo Txurio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Through an outstanding action, after 86 minutes, Gaspar Herensuge successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Teo Urki received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Gaspar Herensuge tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 93rd minute, Ubaldo Txurio managed to get in a good position for a shot. Rosario Central's supporters rose to their feet, but Ubaldo Txurio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gaspar Herensuge breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ubaldo Txurio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gaspar Herensuge having to interfere.
