The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Mateo Gregory blasted a shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Alfonso Oihenarte having to make a save. If Severino Rexino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Severino Rexino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Flavio Lano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Severino Rexino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tomás Frutos kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. Flavio Lano was a little too slow when Severino Rexino got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 24th minute. The score was now 1-0. If Oscar Cefero had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Alfonso Oihenarte showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Celedonio Tancredo, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. With a little luck, Gorchs AFC's Flavio Lano got control of the ball when Oscar Cefero tried to sneak it across the goal line. 39 minutes into the match, Gorchs AFC's goalkeeper Flavio Lano had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Oscar Cefero. In the 40th minute, Filomeno Lopes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Oscar Cefero sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The wind increased when Celedonio Tancredo made the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Spartak Kamchatka IFK's goal looked a bit too open when Celedonio Tancredo came free, but Alfonso Oihenarte reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 58 played minutes Spartak Kamchatka IFK got a freekick which was hit by Tiburcio Bela. After a defensive mix-up in Spartak Kamchatka IFK's zone, Celedonio Tancredo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alfonso Oihenarte came out of the goal and Celedonio Tancredo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 60 played minutes Spartak Kamchatka IFK got a freekick which was hit by Fulgencio Canor. Oscar Cefero sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Spartak Kamchatka IFK's Alfonso Oihenarte proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 75th minute of the match, managed to save Spartak Kamchatka IFK from getting a goal against them. With his leg Alfonso Oihenarte managed to avoid a goal in the 77thth minute, when Gorchs AFC's Mateo Gregory fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Mateo Gregory received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Alfonso Oihenarte tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Severino Rexino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After a defensive mix-up in Gorchs AFC's zone, Oscar Cefero stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Flavio Lano came out of the goal and Oscar Cefero tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Roberto Mitxel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Filomeno Lopes's late challenge caught a Spartak Kamchatka IFK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Filomeno Lopes helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Spartak Kamchatka IFK booed when Gorchs AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Filomeno Lopes didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Oscar Cefero had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 99th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the referee ended the match the Spartak Kamchatka IFK players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
