In the 17th minute the ball was on its way in behind Centauro Madryn's goalkeeper Emilio Florian, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Manuel Goyo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Carlos Artaldo's shot from short distance in the 19th minute. After having played for 34 minutes, Sergio Joachim managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bermejo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sergio Joachim was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Modesto Cedro kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. In the 40th minute Epifanio Ramos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Manuel Goyo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Manuel Goyo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Epifanio Ramos in the 42nd minute of play. In the 44th minute, Centauro Madryn's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Sergio Joachim fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Leon Cresencio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Emilio Florian tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bermejo's Leon Cresencio was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 47th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Leon Cresencio made a kick off. Manuel Goyo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Epifanio Ramos in the 58th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Carlos Artaldo got free with Manuel Goyo in the 59th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sergio Joachim in the 61st minute of play forced Centauro Madryn's goalkeeper Emilio Florian to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 62 minutes, Vladimiro Jakes mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Bermejo and the Centauro Madryn players grew even worse after the yellow card. Vladimiro Jakes kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. Through an outstanding action, after 69 minutes, Manuel Goyo successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Carlos Artaldo in the 72ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Bermejo reached it. In the 90thth minute of the game Epifanio Ramos who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Bermejo's Manuel Goyo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Epifanio Ramos came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the Centauro Madryn fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Epifanio Ramos couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in Bermejo's zone, Epifanio Ramos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Manuel Goyo came out of the goal and Epifanio Ramos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Florentino Balasi kicked well hit freekick during the 97th minute of the match. Many of Centauro Madryn's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Centauro Madryn may have spent more time on the ball, but Bermejo were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
