In the 16th minute Honorio Seber shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emilio Florian saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Patricio Francho hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Honorio Seber to make the kick off. Despite this Arnulfo Fidensio quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 71 minutes into the match, Branca FC's goal looked a bit too open when Epifanio Ramos came free, but Arnulfo Fidensio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Carlos Artaldo couldn't finish the play. If Epifanio Ramos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 95 minutes into the match, Branca FC's goal looked a bit too open when Epifanio Ramos came free, but Arnulfo Fidensio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Arnulfo Fidensio made an important save on a dangerous shot by Carlos Artaldo in the 96th minute. Serafin Calisto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 98th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emilio Florian having to interfere.
