In the 20th minute of the match Pascual Ferrando sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Cecilio Claude skillfully saved the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bernabe Martxel in the 22nd minute of play forced FERDINAND FC's goalkeeper Cecilio Claude to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Aldo Bela fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leopoldo Dimo having to interfere. A collision led to Liniers getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Marcelino Demesio hit a great ball. Leopoldo Dimo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aldo Bela, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. Pascual Ferrando kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. After 40 played minutes Liniers got a freekick which was hit by Melquiades Ihazintu. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Zeledon Orti to make the kick off. In the 76th minute Anacleto Sotil shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leopoldo Dimo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bernabe Martxel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Aldo Bela struck a weak shot in the 88th minute. Leopoldo Dimo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FERDINAND FC. If Aldo Bela had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. For all the effort they put into the match, the Liniers players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for FERDINAND FC.
