The corner led Luna de Avellaneda FC's Severino Paulin to fire away a dangerous shot which Cecilio Claude despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Cecilio Claude didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Hernan Jaunti went, in the 34th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. 38 minutes into the match, FERDINAND FC's goal looked a bit too open when Jimeno Venerando came free, but Cecilio Claude reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Isaias Aurken showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aldo Bela in the 42nd minute of the match. After 44 minutes, Anier Eutropio mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Luna de Avellaneda FC and the FERDINAND FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Isaias Aurken made a fantastic save in the 48th minute, when Anacleto Sotil sent off a good shot on target. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Aldo Bela to make the kick off. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. After 66 played minutes FERDINAND FC got a freekick which was hit by Marcelo Magdaleno. In the 68th minute, Hernan Jaunti ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Cecilio Claude was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. Filomeno Nuno charged in rather forcefully in the 79th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down.
