The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The supporters of Cuervos Libertadores booed when Rocamora FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Timoteo Beltran didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rocamora FC's Rodrigo Amor played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Paulino Ermano in the 7th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Paulino Ermano in the 9th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rodrigo Amor saved Rocamora FC from getting behind. Nicasio Hotz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Angelino Benvide in the 17th minute. The Cuervos Libertadores fans' excitement grew in the 19th match minute when Cuervos Libertadores's Paulino Ermano looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Paulino Ermano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Rodrigo Amor tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 34thth minute of the game Primitivo Aresti who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cuervos Libertadores's Nicasio Hotz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 36 minutes into the match, Cuervos Libertadores's goal looked a bit too open when Primitivo Aresti came free, but Nicasio Hotz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 37 minutes into the match, Cuervos Libertadores's goalkeeper Nicasio Hotz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Angelino Benvide. In the 41st minute, Cuervos Libertadores's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Primitivo Aresti fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Nicasio Hotz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Angelino Benvide in the 44th minute. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Rodrigo Amor made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paulino Ermano in the 51st minute of play. After a rather tough play, Cuervos Libertadores's Froilan Guillelmus got a free kick in the 54th minute. Angelino Benvide sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Angelino Benvide received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Nicasio Hotz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 65th minute, Paulino Ermano managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cuervos Libertadores's supporters rose to their feet, but Paulino Ermano was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rodrigo Amor breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 70th minute of the match, Paulino Ermano tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Rodrigo Amor saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 73rd minute, Robustiano Iliana hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rocamora FC's Silverio Ruisko couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 74th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Cuervos Libertadores. In the 84th match minute, Cuervos Libertadores was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Robustiano Iliana to maneuver through the defense. After 87 minutes, Carolo Txartiko mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cuervos Libertadores and the Rocamora FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 87th minute, Carolo Txartiko hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rodrigo Amor made an important save on a dangerous shot by Horacio Tonete in the 89th minute. If Paulino Ermano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 93rd minute Primitivo Aresti shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nicasio Hotz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Cuervos Libertadores walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
