Laureano Olayo's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 3rdth minute, Astor Bazil skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Santa Fe United's Gervasio Nuñez got a good chance for a goal in the 4th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Astor Bazil stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Axel Krafzig's shot from short distance in the 7th minute. Astor Bazil made a fantastic save in the 13th minute, when Gilberto Aimar sent off a good shot on target. Astor Bazil stood somewhat misplaced when Laureano Olayo came free in front of goal and shot 1-0 to the left of him in the 18 minute. In the 23rd minute Axel Krafzig shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Astor Bazil saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Club Regina's Astor Bazil played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Axel Krafzig in the 25th minute of play. In the 30th match minute, Club Regina was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Apolo Sayveon to maneuver through the defense. 32 minutes into the game, Axel Krafzig recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Astor Bazil. Axel Krafzig showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. After 38 played minutes, Club Regina's Roque Misael shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Eusebio Faron came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Club Regina reached it. After having played for 39 minutes, Laureano Olayo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Santa Fe United's supporters crossed their fingers, but Laureano Olayo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 40th match minute, Santa Fe United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gilberto Aimar to maneuver through the defense. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Axel Krafzig to strike the kick off in the second half. Astor Bazil came out of the goal in the 61st minute to try and stop a shot by Santa Fe United's Laureano Olayo. But to his dismay, Laureano Olayo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Astor Bazil didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Santa Fe United's Laureano Olayo shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 4-0 in the ordered_time% minute. In the 68thth minute of the game Laureano Olayo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Club Regina's Astor Bazil was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Santa Fe United made a substitution. Victorio Fero replaced Gabriel Ur. If Eustacio Paio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Astor Bazil stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Axel Krafzig's shot from short distance in the 80th minute. Astor Bazil showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Axel Krafzig, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. Astor Bazil made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Axel Krafzig in the 85th minute of play. In the 88th minute, Santa Fe United's Hector Tartalo seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Hector Tartalo the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Santa Fe United protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Hector Tartalo had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After 87 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Santa Fe United! Eusebio Faron went to the wrong direction when Roque Misael was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. In the 93rd minute Axel Krafzig shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Astor Bazil saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 95th minute, Axel Krafzig managed to get in a good position for a shot. Santa Fe United's supporters rose to their feet, but Axel Krafzig was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Astor Bazil breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the referee ended the match the Santa Fe United players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
