If Roque Estevez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Roque Estevez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dario Jusepe having to interfere. Ermegildo Orlondon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dario Jusepe having to interfere. After 14 played minutes Monteverde AFC got a freekick which was hit by Oscar Argina. 24 minutes into the game, Marcial Ubendu cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Celedonio Handi was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Gerardo Bento struck a weak shot in the 29th minute. Dario Jusepe didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Joyango FC. Dario Jusepe showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Roque Estevez in the 33rd minute of the match. In the 34th minute Oscar Argina shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Celedonio Handi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Celedonio Handi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Oscar Argina, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. Ermegildo Orlondon charged in rather forcefully in the 40th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ermegildo Orlondon the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 40th match minute, Joyango FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ermegildo Orlondon to maneuver through the defense. If Ermegildo Orlondon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cosme Medero's late challenge caught a Joyango FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Cosme Medero helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Monteverde AFC getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Cosme Medero hit a great ball.

Roque Estevez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Dario Jusepe tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Joyango FC were furious when Felix Ixaka was red carded, 58 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. 57 minutes into the game, one of Joyango FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. 67 minutes into the match, Joyango FC's goal looked a bit too open when Maximo Ranolfo came free, but Celedonio Handi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 69th minute, Roque Estevez got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maximo Ranolfo in the 71st minute of play forced Joyango FC's goalkeeper Celedonio Handi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Celedonio Handi made a fantastic save in the 72nd minute, when Apolo Berdaitz sent off a good shot on target. Gerardo Bento sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 80th match minute, Monteverde AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Apolo Berdaitz to maneuver through the defense. Dario Jusepe showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Roque Estevez, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. 85 minutes into the match, Gerardo Bento notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Monteverde AFC's Dario Jusepe. Dario Jusepe was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Celedonio Handi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Apolo Berdaitz in the 90th minute of play. Ermegildo Orlondon kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. Ermegildo Orlondon recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Monteverde AFC were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over Joyango FC's much stronger midfield.
