Spectators: 7240 (Terracing: 5432, Seating: 1665, VIP seats: 143) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Celso Elixio started the match with the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in RESACADOS F.C.'s zone, Samuel Arixo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lucas Ongile came out of the goal and Samuel Arixo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some careless play in the RESACADOS F.C. defense, Paulo Abeijon kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Lucas Ongile. The RESACADOS F.C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Lucas Ongile should have stopped the shot. A hard shot by Candido Remicio from long distance, 11 minutes into the match, got Leandro Euloxu's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. When Samuel Arixo, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 13 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Lucas Ongile was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Paulo Abeijon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Lucas Ongile tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 17 minutes into the game, Rosendo Sancho was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. RESACADOS F.C.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Temperleycapo the free kick. After 17 played minutes RESACADOS F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Rosendo Sancho. Lucas Ongile showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paulo Abeijon in the 18th minute of the match. Celso Elixio received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Leandro Euloxu came out and tried to block the shot, but Celso Elixio slotted it home off the left post making it 1-2 in the 20th minute. 25 minutes into the game, one of Temperleycapo:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Samuel Arixo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Lucas Ongile tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 31 minutes into the game, Temperleycapo's Paulo Abeijon nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Lucas Ongile made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-3. If Paulo Abeijon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience was convinced that Samuel Arixo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Lucas Ongile was relentless in the 40th minute of the game. Leandro Euloxu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Celso Elixio's shot from short distance in the 42nd minute. 47 minutes into the match, RESACADOS F.C.'s Celso Elixio sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Leandro Euloxu narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After the first half Temperleycapo were leading 2-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Samuel Arixo to make the kick off. Samuel Arixo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 62nd minute of the game. One of RESACADOS F.C.:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Temperleycapo:s goal. When the match had been going on for 64 minutes, Temperleycapo's Paulino Osmundo got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Lucas Ongile. RESACADOS F.C.'s defense didn't have a chance, in the 69th minute, when Samuel Arixo scored to the left of an out of position Lucas Ongile, making the score, 3-5. Samuel Arixo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Lucas Ongile tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Paulo Abeijon charged in rather forcefully in the 75th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Paulo Abeijon the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Temperleycapo's Paulo Abeijon got a free kick in the 75th minute. Samuel Arixo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 78th minute of the match, but Lucas Ongile made a huge save. Lucas Ongile showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Samuel Arixo, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. Denis Alonso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Leopoldo Abadie received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Leandro Euloxu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 89th minute, Paulo Abeijon ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Lucas Ongile was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-6. Temperleycapo's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
