Cabrera's Benigno Kinsen got a good chance for a goal in the 25th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Lucas Ongile showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Angelino Uxio, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Rosendo Sancho during the 46th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 47th match minute, RESACADOS F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rosendo Sancho to maneuver through the defense. RESACADOS F.C.'s Lucas Ongile played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Angelino Uxio in the 48th minute of play. The Cabrera players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. RESACADOS F.C. were winning 0-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Cabrera's supporters rose to their feet, but Angelino Uxio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lucas Ongile breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Maximiliano Aritza made a fantastic save in the 95th minute, when Leopoldo Abadie sent off a good shot on target. RESACADOS F.C.'s players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
