If Samuel Arixo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 3rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Samuel Arixo in the 8th minute of play forced Despertador FC's goalkeeper Sergio Truylos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sergio Truylos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paulo Abeijon in the 11th minute of the match. Conrado Gonsalve kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. When Temperleycapo's Paulo Abeijon in the 17th minute got a chance for a shot 17th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Temperleycapo's supporters rose to their feet, but Paulo Abeijon was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sergio Truylos breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 35th minute the ball was on its way in behind Temperleycapo's goalkeeper Leandro Euloxu, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar.

The Despertador FC fans' excitement grew in the 54th match minute when Despertador FC's Haroldo Salomone looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. When Paulo Abeijon fell near the penalty area in the 60th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Temperleycapo's protests and gave Paulo Abeijon a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Temperleycapo getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Paulo Abeijon hit a great ball. When Despertador FC's Haroldo Salomone in the 61st minute got a chance for a shot 61st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. When Alberto Illan fell near the penalty area in the 76th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Despertador FC's protests and gave Alberto Illan a yellow card for diving instead. In the 76th minute, Alberto Illan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Paulo Abeijon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After having played for 86 minutes, Hugo Faro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Despertador FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hugo Faro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Hugo Faro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leandro Euloxu having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Haroldo Salomone in the 91st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Leandro Euloxu saved Temperleycapo from getting behind. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
