Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Soldini FC's Higinio Sayvion started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Higinio Sayvion took the ball and in the 6 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ildefonso Checa. Rodrigo Luix made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Casimiro Haritz in the 9th minute of play. In the 11th minute, Norberto Richie left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Club Atlético Sol de Mayo fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. After 20 played minutes Club Atlético Sol de Mayo got a freekick which was hit by Nicanor Gimenez. In the 22nd minute Norberto Richie shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rodrigo Luix saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Higinio Sayvion had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 27th match minute, Soldini FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emilio Sasoin to maneuver through the defense. Higinio Sayvion could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 40th minute of the match, but Ildefonso Checa made a huge save. If Higinio Sayvion had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Casimiro Haritz was the one to do the kick off. Higinio Sayvion received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Ildefonso Checa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Higinio Sayvion fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ildefonso Checa having to interfere. 56 minutes into the match, Club Atlético Sol de Mayo's goal looked a bit too open when Higinio Sayvion came free, but Ildefonso Checa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 63rd minute, Higinio Sayvion got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Rodrigo Luix made an important save on a dangerous shot by Joaquin Pere in the 67th minute. Rodrigo Luix didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Nicanor Gimenez went, in the 68th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. Soldini FC's Rodrigo Luix proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 78th minute of the match, managed to save Soldini FC from getting a goal against them. A collision led to Soldini FC getting a freekick after 79 minutes play.
