In the 16th minute Hugo Cresconio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Elias Celipe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lucio Otsoko showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rene Malvin, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. Joaquin Txaran sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Maximiliano Beliran was shown his second yellow card after 43 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. The supporters of Defens. De Boca Juniors booed when Tkb was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Maximiliano Beliran didn't get a good kick on the ball. 45 minutes into the match, Tkb's goal looked a bit too open when Joaquin Txaran came free, but Elias Celipe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
